 Legacy Bridge Support Services, LLC provides supported living services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, focused on helping individuals live as independently as possible while receiving the support they need. Staff assist with daily routines, life skills development, and maintaining a stable, structured home environment. 

 Our staff is trained to provide a high standard of care for the individuals we support. We believe in investing in our team through ongoing training and development to ensure they are equipped to provide safe, consistent, and quality support. Staff assist with activities of daily living such as personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive living environment while promoting independence and dignity. 

 Legacy Bridge Support Services, LLC supports individuals in participating in community activities, appointments, employment opportunities, and social events to promote relationship building, confidence, and independence. 

 Respite services provide temporary relief for families and caregivers while ensuring individuals continue to receive safe, structured, and supportive care. 

 We believe every individual deserves personalized, person-centered care. Our services are guided by each individual’s Person-Centered Plan (PCP) and tailored to meet their unique goals, needs, and preferences. 

 Our staff assist individuals in developing essential life skills such as budgeting, cooking, personal hygiene, time management, and decision-making to promote greater independence and daily functioning.
